Starting at 4:00 AM, our driver will collect you from your guesthouse and transfer you to the trailhead. Accompanied by our expert local guide, you will navigate the dark jungle trails to reach the stunning crater rim just in time for an explosive sunrise.
After plenty of time for photography and exploring the roaring sulfur fumaroles, we descend the alternative path directly into the village of Raja Berneh to soak our tired muscles in natural hot spring pools. By 9:30 AM, you’re back at your hotel in time for a massive breakfast.
